Went to use a gc that was several years old with no expiration date. They took off $80 because I hadn't used it. Great way to insure that I will never return!

UNSANITARY! I had a waxing done. The woman REUSED the same popsicle stick over and over between wax. You should NEVER double dip the same stick regardless if it is for the same client. Then she applied baby powder to the area after. You should apply powder BEFORE to help the wax stick to the hair and not the skin. You do not apply powder after because it will enter he hair follicle and clog it. Instead use an A&D ointment or the alike on the waxed area. Further wax was HOT. I am severely burned and even told her it was burning. I have been exclusively for waxing the area for over 10 years but this is my first time at this salon.
