We recently had American Minuteman out to clear a blockage. It should have been a very cut and dry resolution but due to infrastructure issues within our bathroom, it presented a bit of a challenge. Our technician, Walter, was not only smart and professional, he was really dedicated to the task at hand. I'm so glad we had the good fortune to get Walter as our tech -- he had old fashioned tenacity and it was a welcome change from so many people who have an "oh well, it's not my job" outlook. Oh, and Walter arrived within 2 hours of my call and we paid what i feel is a fair price for an emergency Saturday visit. Thank you!!

I had an issue with my toilet slowly flushing, a clog of some sort. Tried every home remedy I could find on the internet that didn't require a tool. Decided to call a local company. I called at 12:00 and was told a technician could be there between 1-3. I had to push that back since I wasn't available til after 4:30. They arranged for someone to come between 5-7pm. Technician arrived at 6:00pm. He was courteous and professional, diagnosed and fixed the problem and was gone within 20 minutes. All around good experience. I'd call them again.

The best!!! Didn't try to upsell me like Roto Rooter and scare me into $10,000-25,000 services. Don't use them ever. Use these guys instead. Anthony and Lamar were fantastic and great guys. Took their time and cleaned everything out of my pipe, removing a terrible clog that was wreaking havoc on my basement. They can perform an annual cleaning service at a reasonable cost as opposed to a $10,000 relining of the pipe. Can do their service for about 50 years before the cost of Roto scammers! Saved my pipe and very reasonable. Trust these guys in a world of sleazy home service companies!! Amazing service and staff!!!
