Good experience with Mr. Plumber. We have America HS insurance. When the first vendor gave AHS wrong diagnosis, MR. Plumber came to give second opinion and DID THE JOB on first visit. Thank you!

I have read the reviews and I am sorry that others had a negative experience. However, honestly, I had a great experience with Mr. Plumber today. And yes, I am a real person LOL I filed a claim with American Home Shield because we had an issue with our kitchen sink. They referred my case to Mr. Plumber. I received a prompt call and he made an appointment to come to my home today, between 9:00 am and 11:00 am. The technician showed up at exactly 9:00 am. I showed him the issue. He went under the sink and diagnosed the problem. He left to go buy a new hose for the faucet. He returned, fixed the faucet above the basin and attached the new hose. Easy peasy! I had a fantastic experience from booking the service to the amazing Mr Plumber who took excellent care of our concerns. He was smart and detailed oriented. I will definitely use them again if I have any concerns. Thank you!! Good service is hard to find in this industry and you all have been phenomenal.
