Update- insurance ran out. Still not completely better. Going for ultrasound injections for slap tear and tendon issues. Dan gave me exercises to do at home and keeping up in case any further issues and to keep atrophy away. I am so happy I went to Dan and learned best way to stretch and keep my shoulder strong.”
