Best friends veterinary care is awsome. They take very good care of my dog/son pepper jack. The staff are very nice and respectful .. we love you guys.. please keep up the good work.. update. My pepper jack went in for an operation. He came out feeling a lot better then when he went in. They took great care of my son while he was there. He is always happy to see the docs and the staff. Again you guys are awsome and you make us feel like family when we come in. Thank you for everything that you do. And please keep up the good work... woof woof.

Best friends vet has taken such good care of our 3 cockapoos for the last 14 years. From yearly checkups to accidental injury to surgery. All the doctors and staff are kind, helpful and compassionate. The office is run so smoothly. With no wait times at all.

Sometimes it's the simple things that leave a bad taste in your mouth. This complaint is about management. Spent over $500- for shots and yet they have the audacity to charge an additional $15- fee to throw away the needles. They list the charge as a required NYS fee- when no such fee exists. I presume this is their way of making consumers feel it isn't them assessing the fee but NYS. Think it's time to look for another Vet
