Rick and his team are the absolute best! They were referred by another plumber who was honest that what we needed was beyond his abilities. Rick answered my distress text within minutes and was able to get a crew in place and to create a kitchen in a previous office space. I had a very tight timeline and the efficiency with which he’s communicated and acted has been refreshing to say the least. Beyond that, Rick and his crew have been just plain good people…polite and considerate and highly communicative. Homeowner newbie here! My shower was starting to back up and so I called to schedule a visit. Was advised to try plunging the drain first and it worked great! Saved me a bill when he could have very easily just come over, plunged it himself, and made some easy money! Appreciate a business that puts its clients first! Great guy and very helpful! Will definitely be the first ones I call if something goes wrong!
🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟+ My mother-in-law went 2 weeks without hot water. She received one estimate for a new gas tankless water heater for $6,600 from a well known plumbing company that advertises all over tv and radio. She wanted other quotes but No one would even get back to her with an estimate. Some companies were two weeks out, just for an estimate.
I called Rick at Dannan Plumbing on a Sunday afternoon. Within minutes he got back to me. We chatted back and forth. I sent him some pictures and he gave us a verbal quote of $3900. Monday he came to look at the job and honored the quote of $3900.
