“I contacted Steven this morning about a small repair to a dormer soffit. He responded quickly, and was here to look at the job within 30 min. He offered to do the work then and there, even when he had to go pick up a taller ladder. Within a few minutes the work was completed. Im so happy that i dont have to worry about any critters getting in this fall!”

“I can't thank Nick, his family, and the entire Otterbeck Builders team enough for the exceptional work they did on my home. After experiencing water leak damage, they stepped in and expertly replaced and re-framed a leaky window, along with all the rotted wood surrounding it.
Rudy, Justin, and Brendan worked diligently and professionally throughout the entire project. Even when unexpected issues arose, they quickly adapted and provided effective, timely solutions to keep everything on track. Rudy, as the lead, demonstrated a high level of experience and craftsmanship—his professionalism and attention to detail were evident from start to finish.
It was truly a team effort, and the result speaks for itself—quality work and one very satisfied customer.
Whether you're planning a home addition, sunroom, new deck, or need restoration work from water damage, I confidently recommend Otterbeck Builders. They deliver excellent results with integrity and skill.
