I would give this company and Chris a zero if I could. They did a terrible job, couldn't get the wiring right in my condo. Chris wouldn't respond when I asked about the bad work.
Precision lied to my contractor, who hired them, and told him that my fans were working properly when they weren’t. 2 of them make loud ticking noises and one is wobbling.Precision told me they were installing 2 bathroom fans with the cfm’s that I wanted, then installed bathroom fans with less cfm’s.Precision installed all new circuit breakers and wiring. My breakers keep tripping so many times I lost count.Precision are bad communicators. Find another company.
I'm frankly quite surprised. After reading all the good reviews, I called Chris about some work I need done, lots of small things, like replacing older outlets, but I also wanted some overhead lighting installed, which would require new wiring. I spoke to Chris, he was polite, personable, sounded competent, so I set up an appointment for the following Monday at noon. When he didn't show up, I called him at 12:30, but it went right to voicemail. I left him a message, asking him to just let me know if he couldn't make it. Nine days later, I still haven't heard from him.....
