Pros: Only service I could find that would come the same day I called. Technician showed up a bit earlier than promised. Excellent communication from the office. Tech was courteous and got the job done. Cons: I was charged $525 to clear a drain with 12 ft. of snake. The job took 1/2 hr. and total time at the house less than 1 hr. No attempt at all at clean-up, and a pretty big mess. Price was communicated before they began work, but was much higher than local plumbers. Would only use again in an emergency.
After reading the reviews I called and asked for Steve because I have a very delicate situation, my friend also recommended him for my job! Come to find out that he doesn’t work for the company anymore! They wouldn’t tell me where he went too! If anyone knows please message me!
Steve was the service man that came. As soon as I told him the problem he knew exactly what it was and fixed the problem quickly. My house is over a hundred years old and the trap was badly clogged. I would definitely recommend RotoRooter to anyone that has a drain problem.Service: Drain cleaning
