I hired Lang Enviroment- rotor rooter to clean a partial plugged drain. A woman called and wanted pre payment of the full charge of $567 for the job. I reluctantly paid it to get the job done. A kid showed up a couple hours later with a drain snake and started to snake the drain. After a few minutes he asked me to run my washer and discharge the wash water to the drain. The drain pipe over flowed and dumped several gallons of water on my floor. I started sopping up the water with towels and he went out to his truck to get a shop vac to clean up the water. This company is a complete joke, totally dishonest and only interested in taking your money. I am currently calling for the 10th time today to get an invoice for a job completed on Sunday, today is Friday. The owner or manager, Ned didn’t even have the decency to call me himself when the price for the work changed not one not two but three times. They took advantage of the fact that I was not on site at the location as the water was overflowing in my commercial business. They never left a receipt and basically sent a plumbers apprentice who did not even come with proper tools I am told by my tenants as he had to make constant phone calls to Ned, thus driving up their... read full review
