“Pete and his crew did an excellent job on the exterior renovation (new roof, siding, windows, and gutters) of our home.

The crews showed up on site, when he stated they would and worked straight until they completed the entire job, including Saturdays. Their attention to detail, was incredible, they even went as far as matching the color of the gable vents to the new siding vs the standard white vent on every other home. All holes and corners were filled or caulked with color matched caulk. Every fixture had a white mounting block installed. They used high quality material and the installation was spot-on.

At the end of the job, Pete did a full walk-thru with us and identified a couple minor 'punchlist' items. His crew came back the next day to address the issues. Pete even sent his guys back a few months after their contract was complete to add a dryer vent on our addition that I forgot to ask for while they were here.

Their estimate, contract, and payment terms were clear and fair.

We are very satisfied with the work completed by PJ Sullivan Exteriors and the timeframe in which it was completed.

“Recently had my roof done by MCAS and I’m very pleased with their work. First time working with them, but I was aware of my neighbors getting roof replacements with MCAS in the past. They provided me with excellent service from start to finish and were done with the whole job in only 1 day!

My new roof looks amazing!! They cleaned everything outside both after completion and came back the morning after to clean further. My garage was a mess with the amount of debris from the job, but they weren't aware and didn't have access inside of the garage.“

“Valerio Contracting is the most AMAZING local company I've dealt with!My husband and I bought a new home that was a major fixer upper. The roof was old, layers and in disarray. The siding was cracked and leaking into our new home.Rick came promptly to assess the damage. He went into great detail about what needed repairs and what did not. His service was honest and direct.We contracted his company to do our roof on spots that had to be repaired after removing an old chimney and ended up doing the entire house. His fixed the leaking siding and gave us opinions on additional siding on the home that we agreed with and had repaired.We also had him add venting to our under roof soffits around the home.
