For wash and fold, they go above and beyond, separating out heat-sensitive items, and drying those on lower heat so that they would not get damaged.

I have also had dozens of alterations done there, all performed with the highest attention to detail and finish. And they even re-did an item free of charge when I wasn't 100% satisfied, despite my trying to pay again (because it was a matter of personal preference; they actually did a great job the first time and the item fit perfectly. I simply preferred that the darts be in a different location on the garment).

“My wife and were back in Ridgewood visiting our elderly parents who live in next town over….we moved from the area to Atlanta 20 years ago…the weather in the South is rarely as cold and snowy as it was on that weekend in middle of January 2026 in NJ …..I have a very heavy winter coat I’ve kept from the early 2000’s for just these trips back north…this time my zipper pull broke and I was stuck needing to get zipper fixed or buy another new winter coat!!
