My HVAC system’s fan was working but no cold air was coming out of the vents. I was able to make an appointment with Yost & Campbell for the next day through the phone on a Sunday night using a digital assistant. The service technician Mario Segura, was able to diagnose the problem within 5 minutes. He had the needed part in his vehicle and was able to give me a reasonable quote which I accepted. He was very quick but thorough in replacing the necessary part. Mario answered all my questions and was very patient with me as I did not know much about the system. My mini splits died right before the latest heatwave. My first interaction with Yost & Campbell came through Alex C, who was nothing short of phenomenal — he ran a thorough first-pass diagnostics and had the integrity to give me the hard truth: given the age, condition, and poor maintenance, the units likely wouldn’t survive the summer. Alex from Yost & Campbell came to the house and was very professional and nice. He explained everything and walked through the steps with me. I felt safe in the house with him and he serviced my split units for maintenance. I had my spilt units deep cleaned. I highly recommend Alex as a technician.
