He finished the job he was on and arrived at my home in Mt Vernon within a couple of hours. I already knew both water heaters would probably need replacement because they were old. Samuel explained the plumbing options clearly, was very professional and knowledgeable, and never pushed me into anything. He replaced both heaters that same Sunday afternoon with high quality units that I preferred for long term reliability. A plumbing team gave us a free estimate for a big drain line repair while we were still in escrow on the house. They ran a sewer camera through the line and sent me a video showing the problem areas along with a clear estimate, which really helped us understand the condition of the plumbing before moving forward. All the drains in the house were backed up, but we still decided to buy the home because we felt confident the plumbing crew could handle the work. I recently hired a plumbing service to replace my broken, leaking dishwasher, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish.
