Margarita is a wonderful trainer. I've had a few trainers in the past and she is the best by far. She is an excellent communicator and an empathetic coach. She listens to any concerns or questions I have and provides clear, informative answers and directions. Her positive attitude and genuine care for her clients create a supportive and empowering atmosphere that makes the fitness journey not only effective but enjoyable. I've made so much progress training with her and have seen significant improvement in my strength, muscle definition, endurance, and flexibility. I'm excited to continue training with her.

As a physician, I know that working out is important, but I had been neglecting my body while working long hours and developed issues that made one-size-fits-all workouts challenging. Margarita is passionate about what she does and it's not just exercise/fitness, it's helping others to achieve their goals. Within my first month I was down 14lbs, saw muscles I never knew I had, slept better than ever, my cognitive abilities greatly improved and mood followed. Margarita gives you the meal plan, the workouts, and laughs you need to succeed- Just STICK to the plan.
