All I can say is that from the minute I called for an appointment, the entire staff has been so warm and friendly that I hope to never use another PT/OT clinic in my life!....I'm a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant and ruptured my quad tendon from my patella two months ago and I did quite a lot of research to find a qualified clinic to help me recover from such a devastating injury. My experience has been more than I had hoped for......My initial evaluation took place in a private room where I met Jeremy (Physical Therapist) who did everything correctly from his introduction to taking proper measurements. Jeremy has followed the surgeon's rehab protocol to the letter and is moving me through the process slowly and methodically. The rehab aides are always nice and friendly as they set you up for the next exercise or activity....This is a wonderful clinic in a nice part of town with friendly patients who are quick with a joke or supporting words. I'm really happy to have found this clinic. The whole experience has been wonderful and it all starts with the front desk.....Trust me when I say this, you will never find a kinder front desk staff in any office and that vibe just carries through the entire clinic. After years of physical therapy at various establishments with good therapists, I can honestly say that I haven’t had a physical therapist as great as Henry in a long time. I'd like to especially call out CJ and Grace. I came to CJ (my primary therapist) following a complex ACL reconstruction and meniscus repair after a soccer injury. This type of recovery is grueling, but CJ made the process manageable with his professional, patient, and highly knowledgeable approach.

Five weeks post-op, I was struggling significantly with my range of motion. I was stuck at 70 degrees—well behind schedule—and my surgeon informed me that if I didn't hit 90 degrees by week nine, I would likely require manipulation under anesthesia. This was a stressful prospect.

CJ listened to my concerns, adjusted our sessions, and worked tirelessly with me. When CJ was out, Grace stepped in seamlessly. She was incredibly helpful, ensuring there was no lapse in the intensity or quality of my treatment. Grace’s ability to pick up exactly where we left off kept my momentum going during a high-stakes period of my rehab. Thanks to their expertise and dedication, we didn't just hit the goal; we shattered it—reaching 120° AROM and 130° PROM by week nine—and completely avoided the need for a second surgery.

I am now 4 months post-op and have already started small-step running. Both CJ and Grace are responsible, professional, and truly care about their patients' long-term recovery. They are both genuinely invested in the success of their patients, and I am incredibly grateful for their help in getting me back on my feet.“
