First of all the lilies were destroyed by the outer wrapping and seemed discolored. Next the ribbon was poorly tied and looked like it was ripped, instead of cut. In all I will not have my husband order from this place again. I could have went to the corner store and picked a better bunch of flowers. I feel we should get a refund of some sort.
This is my second time ordering online from Graceland Florist. I am very happy with the arrangement I selected and it turned out beautiful. I live out of state so I am pleased to have found them and will continue to use them.
My husband bought these for Valentine’s Day, and while they arrived looking pretty, the quality of some of the flowers were already disappointing. One lily fell off the moment I removed the plastic wrap. By day four, the roses were already withering and had to be removed from the vase. My husband usually gets me roses that last 1–2 weeks, so seeing these dying after only four days is very upsetting. Not the quality we expected for a Valentine’s arrangement. 🥹😭
