Excellent staff/workers! Kleenup Restoration came out right away. Ahead of the 5 hour window after a terrible flood affected my home! They worked all day long from Sunday until Wed/third. They cleaned each item meticulously down to my daughter's toys! They were attentive, caring, and extremely courteous! They were even extremely careful of mold prevention!I highly recommend them!!
We chose Ross Windows after receiving quotes from several companies. As mentioned in prior reviews, the company's owner himself did the initial inspection and measuring work. He was professional, knowledgeable, and willing to spend time discussing various options that would help reduce street noise in a ground floor apartment and provide good insulation against outdoor temperatures without looking institutional. He was very patient with the time it took for the building's co-op board to approve the proposed work (I wanted a minor design change, and there was a lot of email correspondence and numerous changes of plan before the design I was asking for was cleared for installation - one narrow picture window was to be replaced with a double-hung window for better ventilation. It took FOUR MONTHS.) At last, the day finally came when the windows were to be installed. My son, who lives in the apartment, was delighted with the work, the quality of the new windows, the clean and professional job the installers did, and the wonderful light and air flow in the unit that he now enjoys. There was just one problem - due to the abundant and confusing amount of backing and forthing that had gone on over the design change, the picture window had been replaced with another picture window and not the double-hung for which we had contracted after finally winning approval after four solid months of wrangling with the management company and co-op board! We were exhausted by the whole process by then and were tempted to throw in the towel and stick with what we had, but I had done so much work to get the approval for that double-hung window that I decided to make the call to Ross Window and apologetically point out that a mistake had been made. They couldn't have been more gracious. They apologized profusely for the error, put in a rush order for a new double-hung window, and two weeks later came back to install it without a murmur of protest or any suggestion or attempt to charge us more. This is a company that does excellent work, takes pride in fulfilling its obligations, and demonstrates complete integrity. I am very happy we chose Ross Windows!
So I went to revival anti restore a pair of air max 90s and to take the yellow off a pair of Nikes and I was not disappointed they did their thing plus the customer service was on point

After hurricane Ida, my roof leaked a tremendous amount of water into the vacant 3rd floor unit of my apartment building. The damp drywall sat in the humid heat for weeks before I could air out the apt. By that time it was too late. You could smell the mold in the air. Testing confirmed it. I had new tenants in moving in and called The King. He was responsive via phone We negotiated a price and time. He came exactly when he said he wound and performed the controlled demo and mold removal from the studs as promised. Quick cleanup on the demo with his crew. Left the air cleaning machines for 4 days even longer than the 3 as agreed . He even adjusted the invoice after the fact to itemize per my insurance company’s request. The mold testing post-remediation came back significantly lower.He got the job done. Five f*cking stars. Bravo sir.I appreciated doing business with David. Artisan Restoration rebuilt my 1940s Wisconsin lake cabin from the ground up after the floor joists had decayed and the building essentially collapsed upon itself. Before I found Mark every contractor insisted the building needed to be razed which would have been an extraordinary expense. Mark was the only person who said the old structure could be restored and saved.
After significant and necessary demolition, Mark and his team jacked up the cabin and replaced all the floor joists. They then secured the integrity of the floor, reset the building on the the original foundation and new joists and rebuilt the interior of the cabin - new floors, ceilings, walls, doors and finishes.
It's held up without any problems and we have been absolutely delighted with the results. Artisan Restoration brings creative and cost saving ideas to their work. Of course we ran into unexpected problems. When this happened Mark proposed solutions and provided sketches and approximate costs.
For any type of project I urge you to consider Artisan Restoration. They take a practical and thoughtful approach that very few contractors offer and do an excellent job.

I truly enjoyed my experience with Germofficer and the cleaning service as well as the sanitation service that they performed at my salon. They are prompt and professional and they are very educated in what they do they left my salon looking and smelling super spotless and up to code with the CDC especially during these trying times of being in a pandemic. I will truly recommend for you to check them out and have some services done by them they are A1.

My nail tech was named Sabrina ! ? we spoke about so many things and she’s the sweetest. She did my nails so beautifully. I let her pick colors and freestyle my design and she did not disappoint. I have dreadlocks.. very small parts and I’m highly specific about who styles my crown and how they go about it for many reasons. Nevertheless this by far is the best service I have ever personally experienced. In my 6-7 years of maintaining my locks. And if your not a fan of wearing your natural hair they also install tracks/wigs for you … not only that, the bundles/wigs that u get from your usual vendor pales in comparison to the quality of what you may acquire exclusively at royal oats. Tiny place with nice staff, I got a Groupon for a Haircut with Wash and Blow-Dry. They didn’t wash my hair (they said it wasn’t necessary because I had done earlier that day) but the lady who cut my hair did a good job and she decided to do it even when I had arrived late for my appointment (It was very hard to contact them tho) that’s why I’m giving them 4 stars.

Patrick was so professional, helpful, and fast. I called him when I was having issues with my hot water heater. I am very thankful for the excellent and affordable service we received from our local plumber. Our tankless water heater needed a new mixing valve, and since the replacement part was delayed in shipping, the team was very understanding and rescheduled our appointment twice so everything would be ready. When Erick arrived, he did a thorough maintenance check and replaced the valve. He really went the extra mile, making sure to inspect every filter, valve, and sensor on the heater. We felt very reassured knowing everything was in good hands. I highly recommend their plumbing services!
