Dr. Matt Clark was nothing short of phenomenal. His expertise and professionalism were truly remarkable. Despite my initial apprehension about my molar extraction, he and his dedicated team went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Their compassionate care and reassuring demeanor were truly commendable. I wholeheartedly recommend his exceptional services.

First off, I never met with Dr. Tarek Korban who will likely be listed as responding to this complaint. My experience with Facial and Oral Surgery Specialists (FOSS) and Dr. Matthew Clark especially was horrendous! During my consultation with him, he expressed optimism and confidence in performing the procedures I am interested in having done. After the consultation, I wanted to proceed in due time (I am probably a year out from being ready for surgery) with him performing the surgical procedures I want and need. To help me remember what Dr. Clark and I discussed during the consultation, I requested a copy of his note regarding the consultation. Reading the note, I noticed errors in it and wanted clarification regarding functional vs. aesthetic aspects for my surgery. Dr. Clark and FOSS obliged my request. Around this time I made the request, I inquired with FOSS about whether Dr. Clark is in network with any medical insurance, as I wanted very much to start preparing for surgery with him. Not getting initially a response from FOSS, I made a few polite, repeat attempts to follow up on this matter. On July 8th, after I made a final third attempt to find out about the insurance, his office told me that Dr. Clark wanted to talk with me. That evening, Dr. Clark called me to say that "we are not the right fit" without giving me the benefit of providing any specifics. Prior to that 11 days ago, Dr. Clark was expressing confidence in emails to me that he could and would perform my surgery. During that time, I didn't question his ability, and I thought his last email reply to me was satisfactory. From the consultation until July 8th, Dr. Clark said he knew my goals for surgery. Actually, Dr. Clark and I didn't really discuss the following expectations of mine, which are very pragmatic and realistic for surgery: As a prospective revision patient, I know that the attending surgeon might not be able to make as precise cuts as they would like because of my prior surgery. Outside of wanting a revision for one of the procedures and better occlusion, I don't have any other expectations for surgery. But the good doctor never probed in ascertaining these expectations of mine for surgery. I know that Dr. Clark is relatively new to performing one of the procedures I am interested in having. That procedure was to address an aesthetic issue. So, when I asked him during the call, would he willing to perform just the procedure to treat the functional issue. He backed away from what he previously told me and said no. Also, he recommended to me surgeons I told him I had already seen that weren't conducive to my needs. So much for Continuity Care in Dr. Clark leaving me in a vulnerable condition! And then Dr. Clark and I parted ways. To add further insult to me, FOSS billed my dental insurance, which they are in network with, even though I don't have orthognathic surgery coverage with that insurance. Instead, FOSS should have billed my medical insurance for the visit! In summary, what a jolting, awkward experience and a waste of my time dealing with Dr. Clark and FOSS.

Incredible! This was my third surgery with Dr. Weber, they have all gone so well. He makes the whole experience very comfortable. He takes the time to answer every question thoroughly, his expertise is evident.

I recommend DMD Zach Weber. He inserted the dental implant metal post for a new crown. In addition to his excellent skills (he does a whole lot more than inserting a crown post), his office employs the latest in technology, which essentially eliminated any unpleasantness from the whole procedure. A truly enjoyable experience for a dental procedure!

Dr. Weber was great. Both the extraction and insertion went smoothly. I didn't need ANY pain medication after either procedure.

Dr. Weber and his staff create a welcoming environment. The receptionist greets you and makes you feel at home from the moment you walk in the door. The assistants are very professional and go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable. ive been to a lot of dentists and oral surgeons before, but Dr. Weber is by far the most skilled and meticulous. For the work I had done, the residual discomfort was much less than expecTed, and the experience was painless. I highly recommend Dr. Weber to anyone in need of an oral surgeon!

I am usually in fear of pain and all kinds of surgery, but Dr. Henkin made it a much better experience! Her professionalism, attention to detail, and empathy put me at ease. She patiently explained in detail of the procedure and expectations. My procedure was painless and "relaxing" with her use of IV sedation.
