Very disappointed with cleaning. Bathroom floor left dirty, toilet not cleaned throughly, and they do not follow directions. I told Ana to please be careful and NOT misplace the little pads underneath my stovetop grates. She did not listen and one is now gone. $100 for a one bedroom apartment. Complete ripoff.
