Visited this office in February ( Dr. Neptune ) and in March ( Dr. Rothberg ) both are excellent doctors and treated me very well.
Reception staff are very nice and professional.
I was pleasantly surprised by the experience I had at OPTUM‘s urgent care in Mount Kisco. Front desk personnel were very friendly, helpful, and efficient. My wait time was only about five minutes. I was seen by PA who was very thorough and knowledgeable. Nursing staff as well as medical assistants were also very friendly and knowledgeable. If I ever find the need to use the services of urgent care again, I would be more than comfortable going back to that site.
Dr Meyer and the medical staff were absolutely amazing. Dr Meyer took her time with my daughter answered our questions and gave us clear advice and instructions.
The only thing I have a problem with is the new practices of the Optum group. The doctors can’t see you when you’re sick they advise you to go to urgent care but urgent care is booked solid and can’t take walk ins! You have a PD for a reason to care for you when your sick right, and when your sick you can’t wait a week to be seen and who wants to trave 30-45 min to see another doctor in the group.
