Hank was here in an hour from my call. He is friendly, Knowledgeable and put the inside piping together properly. He allowed my Autistic son to hold the flashlight which made John feel accepted and Productive. He was very patient with John. I cleaned as much as I could before Hank got here. He cleaned the entire chimney and furnace. I highly recommend his service! A++++. For the reasonable price I paid I feel a sense of security that I will not have a chimney fire. I am so happy I found this company. We played a bit of phone tag, but don't let that stop you from calling them, these guys KNOW what they are doing. Jason wasn't here 2 minutes and saw fire hazards with our (very outdated) insert, that the last sweep never even mentioned. Jason was extremely thorough and professional, explaining everything as he went and answered all of my questions. I would (and will) recommend this company to anyone needing a REAL, certified chimney sweep.Services: Fire prevention
