Hank was here in an hour from my call. He is friendly, Knowledgeable and put the inside piping together properly. He allowed my Autistic son to hold the flashlight which made John feel accepted and Productive. He was very patient with John. I cleaned as much as I could before Hank got here. He cleaned the entire chimney and furnace. I highly recommend his service! A++++. For the reasonable price I paid I feel a sense of security that I will not have a chimney fire. When I opened it up for the first time, it was plugged pretty bad at the bottom of the chimney by the cleanout. My furnace works so much better now and is much more efficient.
