I highly recommend this company, they where so kind from the first call to the last visit. The girls in the office went above and beyond for us and the guys that showed up were really nice guys and got the job done so quick, they where all very personable. This is exactly how I want to be treated when working with a company. If I could give them a 10 out of 10 I would.

Called when we noticed out washing machine, spitting water where the drain hose went into the line. Call was immediately answered, and we were told a 'tech' would be here within a couple of hours. We received a call back, within an hour, and a tech was on the way. Cody arrived, and took care of our problem with every professionalism and took care of any mess...Cost was very reasonable, and he gave us pointers of how to avoid this in the future. This is the second time we have used JB's business, and we would highly recommend them and certainly would use them again without hesitation. Awesome job! Thanks, guys!
