Just wanted to say thank you so much for helping me on a holiday weekend like today. Means the world to me. And thanks for being a good person in a shitty world , I appreciate this more then words can describe from having such a bad day to helping me with a tow to the shop to get fixed from an unfortunate electrical incident with my truck. I’ve been meaning to leave this review for weeks, and I am just getting around to it now, but I used Harry to tow my car after getting a flat tire on William Floyd parkway on 7/17/24. My grandma had just died that morning, so it was the cherry on top of a terrible day. I had groceries in the car, so my boyfriend came and picked me up with the groceries. I called Harry and told him I left him an envelope of cash, with the keys in the glove box (I trusted all of the 5 star reviews). Thankfully, he did not disappoint. Harry provided tremendous customer service at an excellent price. My F-150 required a tow and Harry arrived within 25 minutes after my first phone call. I highly recommend his professionalism and ability to deliver in a moments notice.
