So glad we started coming to MVH! They make you feel very comfortable talking with them about your pets needs. You are not pressured about any decisions and we have never felt rushed during an appointment. They are a friendly and caring group. And the facilities are very clean.

In a long story short, I would recommend these people over everyone else in Tompkins County. They were the first ones to actually answer our phone call and get us in when my pet had an emergency. When we found out some bad news, they were the most caring and understanding individuals that took things at our pace for us. They were never pushy or rude but fully sympathized with us when we were going through some very tough times.
