We gave Melvin and his crew a large project to undertake. New roof, sistering roof joists, new sheathing on the house + pvc trim, lp smart siding and cedar shingles. Not massively complex, but tons of small details that require an experienced builder. We were extremely pleased with their work. Showed up bright and early when they said they would, worked all day, no drama, no issues. Honestly, they were a blessing, we are new to the County and I was really thankful to find them. This office has to be the most compassionate, caring, thorough, and loving vet office in CNY. Dr. Burke truly cares about our special little pup, and has been there for us during difficult times. When our poor pup was attacked, she had us come in right away and is the reason why she is doing so well now. She treats every issue seriously and with love. The care is better than anywhere else in the area and prices are most likely cheaper than anywhere else. Truly a hidden gem.
I called from SC to order a Christmas bouquet for my sister in law. The gentleman said he could do it, but being so close to Christmas, he was very busy & thought a Saturday delivery would work. I was very surprised to see that she got them on Wednesday. They are beautifully done, and the recipient and I are very happy with them. Thank you for your quick response and professionalism.
