Cool life CRM took over Vault Rooms and have completely destroyed vault rooms customers (including me) to access data, upload data, provide access to one’s customer for a week now. The migration from Vault Rooms to Cool Life was supposed to be seem less but tomorrow will make it one week without usability for me and my clients.Run away from this company.Did I mention nobody will tell me how and when the situation will be resolved. Incompetence is an understatement.I’ll be reporting this to the IBBA (International Business Brokers Association) if not resolved today.
Is there a way of leaving negative stars????? This company is the absolute worst. They are holding our Domain name hostage. We have made repeated phone calls and requested information as to how we can go about this process. David Cummings the founder and CEO is a snake. I would never recommend them for anything ever. I find them to be unprofessional and borderline illegal with this activity.
