The owner Rose is just the best. She is very knowledgeable and will work with you for whatever color or style that you like/want. Highly recommend!! Excellent client service every time.

Spending hours in a salon chair is never my idea of a good time but it's a process and with what I wanted I knew it would take some time. I am a brunette naturally and I've been blonde for the past 7 months or so. I've never had any issue with brassiness, my hair lifts rather easily. Me and my friend went in on time for our scheduled appointment and sat for probably around 15 minutes while the hairdresser (there was only one) finished up on a client. The woman (who I believe is the only person to work here) to do my hair was very rude and disrespectful. She was sassy and said to my friend who pulled up blonde inspo pictures, "which one do you actually want because these are all different colors." My friend asked for a root touch up (bleaching) and when she didn't respond well to the first solution (it was burning her head) the woman blamed the horrible color result on that rather than her lack of expertise and professionalism.
