Hi! Zachary and his partner came to repair my freezer. They did such a great job replacing a part to align the freezer door to allow it to close and lock properly. It’s only after they were done that I realized that for about 2 years since I had received and started using the freezer, it’s the first time its door closes properly; the difference in the clicking sound when closing the door is unbelievable! Thanks for a phenomenal job Zachary!

This is a FANTASTIC COMPANY. My refrigerator water spout was not working at all and over the phone she told me to check the filter. When we did that it wasn’t tightened enough and when we tightened it the water came out. They saved us a ton of money and was so very friendly. They always try to help you over the phone first so you can save money. I have dealt with them for years and will keep doing so. Every company should learn customer service from them.

Renah Appliance Repair fixed our Maytag dryer. Customer service was courteous and handled our service with attention. Richard, the technician can when he said. He had the parts and got to work. He left us a guarantee for the parts that lasts for 10 years. My dryer works perfectly. Thanks, Renah.
