Dalida Melnyk is an incredible trainer! I love going every week! She makes exercise fun and the hour goes by quick! The receptionist and other staff are all so kind and helpful! Dee Fitness is definitely a go to for anyone wanting to up their health!

I'm really impressed with Dee Fitness! My 12-year-old son loves the boys' class with Trainer Ezra. The gym is well-run, clean, and safe. Ezra is fantastic with the kids, creating a positive and motivating environment. Highly recommend!
