I am disappointed that the apartment I leased is missing an appliance that was clearly listed. It is already very difficult to move from out of state, and I was essentially told I should've noticed the mistake during the virtual tour. Otherwise my experience as well as the landlord is very good, but when you pay solid amount of money in realtor/broker fees you expect a little more transparency when it comes to the listings.

My experiences I found was very interesting. Each time I had the privilege to work with Jessie Stern as my buying agent back when I was in the market to purchase and also as my selling agent with two of my properties, everything moved along very quickly. She's such a great individual to work with, filled with energy and enthusiasm in getting either party seller or buyer the best deal that meets their needs.
