Monroe Cleaners provides a wonderful experience every time. The customer service is excellent, the dry cleaning is high quality, and alterations are always done beautifully. They take pride in their work. The seamstress is very kind and punctual, pinning fabric on the spot for a perfect fit. Replacing a zipper on a jacket was a great job. Prices are a bit steep at $40 per pair for pants, but the work is worth the money. Highly recommend.

Good experience. I had three pairs of pants I needed taken in for work - they were about 1 or 2 inches too wide in the waist. I thought I’d just walk in, tell them roughly how much I wanted the waist tightened and hand them over. Nope, the seamstress working the counter, Kadek had me step up behind the counter and try each pair on, pinning the fabric on the spot to make sure I’d be getting the perfect fit. She was very kind and punctual, so from that point on I knew I was in good hands.
The price for the job was $40 a pair, so about $120 in total. A bit steep, but it’s a local business and when the job was done you could barely tell the pants had been worked...read full review
