Sue does great work. My wedding gown was filthy and she got it clean. Not so sure about how she preserved gown. I hear it moving around in the box and I thought it was standard to secure gowns to a bust. I've gotten things hemmed & no complaints there. I did dry clean a blazer recently & that was $39.00. I thought that was pricy.
