Highly recommend this company. They recently removed an existing roof, decking and soffits down to the rafters. They replaced the entire roof system and installed new gutters, venting and soffits. They removed all the debris and cleaned the entire work site. They obtained all the required permitting and started and completed the job on schedule. They are extremely professional, skilled and easy to work with.

Michael Stevens Roofing completed a roof replacement on my bi-level house in Monroe, N.Y. yesterday. The work was flawless from start to finish and completed in one day. The crew began at 7 AM. They cleaned up, packed up and left the site by 4PM. A word about cost. I solicited three bids for the job. Michael Steven’s Roofing was the middle bidder. Years of experience in the building trades have taught me that a bid that appears too low or one that is too high are seldom the right choice. 6/2024 I was recommended by my Park Mgr to use MS roofing. I had an internal leak so I had a handyman previously n said he sealed the leak. A month later another stain came on my ceiling n I knew I needed a real roofer. So Mike comes out (im worried he’s gonna fall thru cuz it was so long overdue) he’s up there 4 a while I was happy he was taking his time. Gave me an estimate. But I wanted to get another estimate n see who was cheaper. This guy comes from another roofing Co goes up the ladder & comes back down, comes to my door and says im not even going to go up there it’s so bad. Im scared I might fall... read full review
