Car died in Woodberry. Towed it to their place and relentlessly worked to find the problem. Easily could have replaced my entire fuel injection system but instead resolved a corroded wire issue. I was so impressed with their integrity, service quality and just their overall approach to finding the problem and fixing it. If they were my local garage, I'd use them every time!

Called AAA. They sent out these thieves. My truck was 2 feet off the road. On a rock. They said AAA would not cover this. They told me $950 because they needed a 2nd truck. I had no choice but to say ok. They took the truck and was supposed to give me a quote for the repair. They then sent a bill for $13,200 for the 3 mile tow. Yes 3 miles.they said they are not interested in repairing. My insurance company said Normal charges are $3500 they even offered $8000. And they said no. This company still has my truck and is charging $1000 a week storage. Thus story will continue. In court. These people are disrespectful and thieves. Under no circumstances would I take a vehicle there for any type of service. Do your homework. There are other service places in Monroe who are fair and honest. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ALLOW THESE PEOPLE TO TOW YOUR CAR IF UNFORTUNATELY YOU HAVE AN ACCIDENT. They will hold it hostage and charge insane amounts of money.
