We are incredibly grateful to have chosen Orange County Pools & Spas for our new Wellis Kilimanjaro hot tub. The entire experience has been exceptional! Dan took the time to thoroughly review all the available model options and price points, as well as explain the delivery process in detail. The delivery itself went off without a hitch, and Dan even went above and beyond by visiting us on his own time to provide a comprehensive tutorial on operating and maintaining the hot tub. Great experience. We were referred to Dan from prior customer and couldn’t be happier with the level of service from explaining the differences in the different hot tub products in the showroom to clearly identifying the costs to even helping us post delivery to make sure we understood all the technology and maintenance steps to follow.
