Had not been for years, but recently had a problem. Very friendly, quick and thorough solution to my problem. Great price for the work done and everything was explained to me without issue even when I asked lots of questions.
Saved me a trip to Yonkers by supplying some screws I needed for a build. Very generous and appreciated greatly. I understand this isn't part of their normal services but it just goes to show their character and generosity.

Had thought of visiting this computer repair shop yesterday, (considering the one in Ossining, Westchester County Cell Phone Repair had closed) because I have this desktop tower, that I wanted to be taken a look at to confirm, that it is functioning properly and to my surprise it does work. (I had only needed to purchase a power cord for it, along with a couple other needed cords, in order for the whole desktop setup to function which I had to make a trip to another computer/electronics store in Yonkers to get the supplies). The man who manages the shop here, is kind and has good knowledge on how to troubleshoot any kind of electronic device. I would definitely recommend...read full review
