“We had a great experience having Jim’s crew working on our property. We were sold pretty quickly with his company by meeting and talking with his workers. They were relatable and didn’t try to push us in any other direction. They worked with our existing firepit and made it light years better. Even still they have come out to answer questions we have. We have even had them over for additional projects. Their customer service is top notch, no having to dread an automated answering service or the international calling centers. They have a real person who is there to answer questions and take information. She is wonderful and definitely super fun to talk to and gives you what you need.
