“My family has used Total Lawn Care for many, many years. They are very thorough, arrive on time, and clean up well. We recently used them for fall leaf cleanup. They spent the better part of 90 minutes clearing our entire property of leaves and other debris. All of it was put at the edge of our property to prepare to be taken away in their trailer. One of the men came up to the door and said a part of the trailer had broken and they'd be back. Sure enough, the very next morning they were back and removed all of the debris promptly and carefully. We will continue to use them in the future.“

Vito owner of the company is rude and does not do as he says he will. Vito I am still waiting for my paid in full receipt that you keep saying you will email to me. “I would like to give a shout out to Pro Scapes-we have had contracts with them for over 4yrs now. They have done an OK job in the past 3yrs, but this year they have done a superior job. I'm not sure what changed but our office sidewalks have been done every morning by 6am that we have had over 2inches of snow (the shovel person has done an excellent job + he deserves his own kudos!!) but my experience this morning was great. I was the first one at the office this morning and the sidewalks were impeccable, but the driveway had maybe 3-4 inches in it after our 6-8 inch of snow fall over night (so they had been here at some point last night I believe) but I needed the driveway done again before it filled up with cars so it's was easy for the plow driver to get around, so I called. I had to leave a message which I wasn't confident it would get delivered soon enough before the rest of the staff started filling the lot, but to my surprise almost before I got the phone hung up I heard the plowing being done. I want to say it was either coincidence or SUPERIOR service, I prefer to believe the later. So KUDO's again to a job well done and a great season so far! The ONLY reason the 4 stars is we really would like to retain all of our parking spaces and we usually loose an average of 4 (we only have about 20 so sometimes it gets tight! I know the snow has to be put somewhere!! lol“
