Finished the annual tune-up service today. This year We got Rob to help us to check everything and replace the oil filter job et ac. He is a very detailed person and He did a great great job. Thank you so much!

I have been a Windsor customer for a number of years without any problems. However, a few weeks ago an issue arose over a repair/billing matter. I spoke with a manager, Mark, who quickly resolved the issue without any hassle. Very pleased with the outcome & the customer service.

I’ve been a customer for 15 years and have never had an issue with any of the services provided. Staff both in the office or in the field have been courteous , professional, and timely ( especially on those rare occasions when equipment has failed in the middle of the night with temperatures below freezing)
