I originally gave a 2 star review, however, updated my review to a 4 to reflect their willingness to make the situation right.Fair job ….but flushing the down spouts with water, along with testing for underground drain blockage, wasn’t done. These were part of the cleaning scope that was shared with me. Despite the weather being nice and showing where water faucets were located. I was able to verify this with my cameras.“
