Really should be a zero star rating, because that is really what I would give! Purchased a groupon for a massage. I’ve been trying to call this “establishment” for weeks now. There is NEVER an answer, and can’t leave a voicemail because their mailbox is full! I contacted groupon , and hope to get a full refund! A disappointment!!!!!

I received a gift certificate for some well needed relaxation time at Red Phoenix. I called and called to schedule an appointment to no avail. The phone rang and rang and when the option came for me to leave a message, guess what? Their mailbox is full and not accepting any messages. I sent them an email and wouldn't you know it. The message came back undeliverable. So now I have an unused expired gift certificate all because I wasn't able to get in touch with anyone. BBB where are you?

I've always gone back to Lisa she IS VERY knowledgeable about all the muscles that need work on depending on your profession, she has great suggestions on massages to do from home, her oils smell delicioso and she actually has great promos always going on
