Dr. Sorge is the absolute best! She was so compassionate and knowledgeable. She communicated all of our options, answered our questions, and gave us time to think. I am so happy I found Dr. Sorge- what a gem!

I recently lost my baby Cassidy to congestive heart failure. The last few months have been hard but Dr Sorge and the rest of the team were amazing. Dr Sorge’s dedication, support and knowledge was beyond what is expected. The whole team is easy to work with and I will surely be back if I decide to adopt another dog. Thank you 🙏.

We used to live in Garden City so this was our vet for a bit, and they were always great I since moved and need my pets medical records. They could not have been more helpful. made copies for me, had them ready for me when i came at the end of the day. Thank you to the staff of Mineola Animal Hospital for making this process so much easier.

Have been going here since we brought our nine year old Lab Chester into our life and home. The front office staff are always so welcoming and helpful, both when calling the office, and when coming in for a appointment with Chester. Dr. Sorge is so kind, smart, compassionate and knowledgable. She listens to our concerns, and we feel we absolutely couldn't get any better care for Chester. When we recently had a scare and Chester was not eating and acting very sick we saw Dr. Tan on a day when Dr. Sorge was off. Dr. Tan gave us the same knowledgeable and compassionate care and really took the time to diagnose the problem with lots of communication with us and ultimately communicated all that transpired with Dr. Sorge. They recommended we take Chester to a specialized hospital for further testing. Happy to say with all of this excellent care our Chester is back to his happy Lab self! Would highly recommend this practice!!

Mineola Animals Hospital is fantastic!! The ladies up front are so nice and knowledgeable and friendly to all the pets coming in. Dr. Sorge is absolutely amazing!!! She treats my pup like her own and very knowledgeable with his issues…. I won’t take my baby anywhere else!! A+++

Brought our Dog here paid out of Pocket they are extremely expensive. Office visit blood work and tissue culture was $875 dollars. They are a one and done Vet. Unless your Rich don’t come here they are ridiculously expensive.

I’m so disappointed in mineola animal hospital. I had been going here for years and LOVED it. I recommended them to my mother for her newly adopted pup and she was excited to go. Unfortunately Dr. Tan was incredibly unpleasant to deal with during the short appointment. Wouldn’t recommend and will be finding a new vet on LI.
