My family was moving into an apartment in estate condition that needed a lot of work which had to happen quickly, as in 6 weeks from closing to moving in. Kenny worked with us to get work started immediately after we closed. His initial bid beat other contractors and as the job continued, he kept beating everyone else's bids as he took on more and more work. Kenny stayed on budget and was not only able to get the original work done on time, but even got the additional work completed too. We are very pleased with the renovation of our kitchen and adjoining dining room, living room and entrance foyer that was performed by Metropolitan Painting & Contracting. The communication and attention to details were excellent. Kenny's team took extra care of our personal items and thoroughly cleaned each day before leaving. When I contacted Kenny after the job was completed about some minor wall and floor touch-ups that were necessary, he immediately responded and, within a short time, sent his workers to correct the problem.Thank you Metropolitan Painting & Contracting!

We used Metropolitan for two gut renovations in an upper east side coop - They did great work and we were extremely happy with each project! We recommended them to friends and they also had similar positive experiences/results - also co-ops in midtown and lower 5th.
