    I have participated in Debbie's "Fitness for Seniors" through a virtual Zoom class sponsored by the Port Jefferson Free Library. I am in my 70s, so definitely a "Senior." The classes are a challenge but leave one energized for the rest of the day. I highly recommend!

    This is a wonderful small gym with great cardio and yoga classes! Great personal attention to clients' needs. A warm and inclusive atmosphere.
