They were responsive and easy to schedule an appointment with. The technician arrived early ( I received a call that he was on his way) and was so helpful, explained everything I needed to know and answered my questions. Had bad experiences with other companies, so appreciated the ease of working with Air ideal. Highly recommend.Service: AC maintenance
