We called to make an appointment and was given one for 1 pm the upcoming Saturday at 1 pm. We were called by the office that a 930 spot had opened up—?? I tool it! Arrived at 9:20 and unfortunately we DID NOT fill out the form that WAS sent- our fault.. The staff Monique was very helpful in accommodating us . The insurance was verified We filled the forms , but within 10 minutes we were seen!!! Very satisfied with Dr. Napolitano. Not as much with outer office staff. She was helpful choosing glasses and options but very slow entering the order on the computer. Their system was giving her issues and it took as long to create the invoice as to have the exam or choose frames.

Very good. Quick, simple, routine service. Never any issue being seen on time. They’re not pushy about you buying glasses or contacts through them, though they are very helpful with rebates and insurance should you decide to purchase contacts or glasses with them, which has been great. Upfront about costs. I always see Dr. Napolitano, and I love her. She listens to my concerns and addresses them appropriately (ie she recommended a special contact solution that completely helped out with some temporary dry/grittiness I was having). Would recommend.
