Antonella made me feel right at home, starting off with a shampoo/condition. Perfect water temp, and somehow so gentle even though my hair was a knotted mess. We talked about how much hair needed to be cut (nearly a year since I got my last cut), and then she got to work. I'm sometimes a little awkward/uncomfortable when someone's doing my hair, but Antonella is just such a delightful person, that I didn't feel that way at all. She styled my hair masterfully, and I left there feeling like a million bucks! I wish I could give more stars.“
