We just hired Patrick to sand and stain all the wood floors in our new home as we wanted them to be a lighter shade. We are very happy with the results! He charged a fair price, and did the job quickly and well. He prepared numerous samples for us until we were totally happy with the shade. His crew worked hard, even volunteered to work over a holiday weekend. They left the house clean. Patrick kept us up to date on the project. If we ever need this kind of work done again, we would not hesitate to use this company again. Highly recommended.

We recently moved into a new house and chose Patrick Dolson Flooring to refinish the hardwood and install vinyl flooring in the basement based on a referral from our realtor, Devang Patel. Patrick and Michael have run the family business for decades and arrived promptly for measurements and provided a competitive quote. On Day 1, their team discovered major defects in the flooring of the master bedroom after removing the carpet and quickly adapted to repair them, making the floor look as if it had been newly installed. This was master level craftmanship. Patrick also helped guide our color choice and Provincial with satin finish fit the 1st and 2nd floors perfectly. His team also removed the carpet in the basement, refinished the pine steps and oak landing, and installed LifeProof Heirloom Pine click-lock vinyl flooring, which greatly enhanced the space. Patrick confirmed the workspace was properly cleaned and was also eager to place any finishing touches on the flooring throughout the house that was not of the highest standard. My wife and I are grateful for Patrick Dolson Flooring for their work on our first home--this is an honest, family-owned business that performs guaranteed, quality work. In addition, Patrick and Michael and nice guys who provide valuable advice to rookies like me and go out of their way to customize the experience for their clients. I recommend them highly.
